gosh kristin, I cannot believe how big the girls are getting. Time is just flying by. You always have them looking so picture perfect ~ your a great mom. It is a blessing when they love the babysitter. As hard as it is to leave them, find comfort that they have comfort themselves with who they are with. Kiss the little buggers for me :-) Diane
Well, it's definitely not your average guy meets girl story but we're grateful to have been brought together regardless of circumstance. Scott & I met in 2005, we dated for a short time and went our separate ways. I was coming out of a rocky, long term relationship, a single mother trying to get back on her feet. Scott was still young and eager to discover places I'd already been. Less than one year later we found our way back into each others lives and here we are today. It's been a fast 3 years. When we decided to give our relationship another try, we both knew it was for good this time. We both entered it wholeheartedly and were more than willing to dedicate everything we had to each other. I graduated school and began working as a Registered Nurse, Scott continued to work and became an instant father figure to Kaylee. We became the family that I knew I wanted...not in the exact order I had imagined as a little girl, but still a family just the same. In December of 2007 we found ourselves to be expecting another addition to our family. Scott proposed on December 22nd of 2007. August 2nd of 2008 SaigeAddsion Conger was born, 8lbs 13 oz, 20 inches long. We live a sometimes chaotic life, running here & there, having conflicting work schedules but some how we always manage to make it work. Neither of us have any immediate family in the area but have been blessed with many good friends, with whom we often rely on and are ever so grateful for!! On May 16th, 2009 we will finally seal our commitment to each other with the exchange of marriage vows. We are having a small intimate ceremony along the beaches of Bald Head Island in North Carolina followed by a weeks vacation with the girls & my immediate family on the Island. In the fall of 2009, a local reception will be held for family & friends to help celebrate our marriage to one another. We're very excited to be at this chapter in our lives and look forward to all that the future has to offer. As long as we have each other
